Ernie Harker

Ernie is a creative fireball of branding expertise who has been igniting businesses for nearly 30 years. After spending two years as a concept artist and designer for a high-tech ad agency, Ernie founded Ernburn, a production studio in 1995 that quickly earned a reputation for sparking breakthrough branding and advertising. His accelerated branding approach articulated in his book, “Your Brand Sucks" is highlighted by his incredibly successful rebranding of regional c-store chain Maverik, Inc..

In 2018, he left his position as Maverik's Executive Director of Marketing to inspire and educate business leaders, sales teams, and entrepreneurs with keynotes on branding, change, Generative AI, and redefining success.

Ernie loves to draw, wakeboard, exercise, mountain bike, watch movies, eat junk food, and spend time with his family and 7 brothers.
