Honoring Ron Myers

The Tribal Convenience Store Association proudly recognizes three outstanding Tribal convenience store employees each year at the Fall Membership Meeting.

This award honors the legacy of Ron Myers, a founding member of TCSA and a dedicated advocate for the principle of Tribes Helping Tribes. His commitment to collaboration, leadership, and the success of Tribal businesses continues to inspire our membership today.

About the Award

The Employee of the Year Award recognizes individuals who consistently demonstrate exceptional performance, leadership, customer service, professionalism, and commitment to their Tribal community.

This award celebrates employees who go above and beyond in their roles, make meaningful contributions to their organizations, and positively impact the communities they serve.

Who Can Nominate?

All TCSA members in good standing are eligible to submit nominations, which will be evaluated by a dedicated committee.

Who Is Eligible?

Full-time and part-time employees of TCSA Member Tribes’ c-stores.

Nomination Criteria

Nominees should exhibit:

  • Leadership within their organization.
  • Commitment to excellence in their work.
  • Loyalty to their customers and employer.
  • Superior customer service.
  • Positive contributions to their community outside of work.
