The Convenience of AI: Artificial Intelligence Foundations for Tribal C-Store Operations
Artificial intelligence is becoming an increasingly useful tool for convenience store operations, customer service, and business decision-making. This interactive 90-minute session provides a practical introduction to AI for Tribal convenience store owners, managers, and employees.
Participants will explore how AI can support common store challenges, including inventory management, customer experience, promotions, operational efficiency, and problem solving.
Through real-world examples and hands-on activities, attendees will learn how to communicate more effectively with AI tools, create stronger prompts, and evaluate AI-generated recommendations before putting them into practice.
The session focuses on practical application rather than technical complexity, helping participants understand where AI can add value in their stores and how to use it responsibly and effectively.
Participants will learn how to:

- Create more effective prompts to generate useful AI responses
- Apply AI tools to common convenience store challenges
