Building a successful Tribal convenience store doesn’t end when construction is complete and the doors open. Build It, Part 2 shifts the focus from building the facility to building the operations behind it.
Attendees will explore the systems, processes, and practices that help convenience-store operations run efficiently, consistently, and sustainably. Through practical sessions and peer discussion, the program will address topics such as staffing and workforce development, operational procedures, inventory and vendor management, technology and data, loss prevention, compliance, customer experience, and measuring performance.
Whether opening a new location, expanding an existing operation, or looking for ways to strengthen current practices, attendees will leave with practical ideas and insights they can take back to their stores and teams.
