Ron Myers Employee of the Year

The Tribal Convenience Store Association recognizes three exceptional Tribal c-store employees annually at TCSA's Fall Membership Meeting in September. This award honors the legacy of the late Ron Myers, a founding member of TCSA and a passionate advocate for Tribes helping Tribes succeed.

About the Award

The award highlights employees who demonstrate exceptional performance, productivity, customer service, leadership, and community impact. This is an opportunity to celebrate the individuals who go above and beyond to make a difference in their workplace and Tribal community.

Nominations will open July 1. We encourage all TCSA members to nominate deserving employees for this prestigious honor.

Who Can Nominate?

All TCSA members in good standing are eligible to submit nominations, which will be evaluated by a dedicated committee.

Who is Eligible?

Full-time and part-time employees of TCSA Member Tribes’ c-stores.

Nomination Criteria

Nominees should exhibit:

  • Leadership within their organization.
  • Commitment to excellence in their work.
  • Loyalty to their customers and employer.
  • Superior customer service.
  • Positive contributions to their community outside of work.
