Employee of the Year
The Tribal Convenience Store Association Employee of the Year Award recognizes three employees annually at our Annual September membership meeting.
Employees are recognized for exceptional performance, productivity, customer service, and other initiatives. Nominations must be received by June 30 of each year.
Who Can Nominate?
All Tribal Convenience Store Association members are eligible to make nominations, which will be evaluated by a committee.
Who is Eligible?
All full-time and part-time employees of a Tribal Convenience Store Association member
Criteria
The individual displays leadership within their organization, commitment to a good job, loyalty to their customers and employer, and superior customer service. This individual also contributes to the community outside their place of employment.
