“There is one constant in life, and it is change.” As changes occur with greater frequency in our lives, many people lose focus and therefore lose confidence and productivity. Those who learn to adapt to the changing culture and environment, have less stress and become more effective at accomplishing their tasks.

This training will cover:

  • Learn ways that people respond to change and analyze their status.
  • Recognize how changes impacts their performance.
  • Discover the strengths needed to cope with change.
  • Gain skill in communicating under the pressure of change.
  • Recognize the difference between an unplanned change (crisis) and a scheduled change and learn the different steps to navigate each.
  • Learn the secret of staying calm and managing your emotions and the emotions of others around you during periods of change.
  • Learn how to stay focused on priorities and create strategies to get through the change.
  • Develop a plan for navigating through the period of change.
  • Create a communication plan for the various groups/audiences affected by the change.
  • Acquire skills in planning the rollout of a program or process change.
  • Understand the basic steps of crisis management.
  • Learn to become a change agent to lead others through the change
