Ever wonder why some conversations feel effortless while others leave you frustrated or misunderstood? The secret to understanding people isn’t just in what they say, it’s in how they filter information.

Every person processes interactions through their own unique lens, shaped by experiences, emotional drivers, and behavior tendencies. These hidden influences affect how people interpret situations, react to others, and engage in conversations.

When you recognize what shapes, someone’s thinking and responses, you can adjust your
approach to connect more effectively, avoid common missteps, and make your interactions more impactful.
