Loyalty: Industry & Shell
Taking a look at loyalty and its effectiveness at the industry level and at the Shell level, Peggy will discuss loyalty and customer penetration on the forecourt.
Peggy is the Manager of Wholesaler Development for Loyalty, responsible for leading the implementation of Shell’s loyalty programs to provide incremental value to Shell wholesalers. Recognizing the importance of integrating fuel and c-store loyalty at Shell sites, she also drives continual improvement within the Fuel Rewards program including In-Store Rewards, 360 Convenience, and Insights Reporting. Peggy has been with Shell for 20 years primarily leading global marketing teams for direct and wholesaler sales channels. In addition to Shell, she has held B2B marketing and external communications roles in the airline, wireless, and electricity industries.
