July Webinar
From Reaction to Response: Navigating Emotions, Fear & Anxiety at Work

*Available to Tribes who are not (and have not been) TCSA members (or sponsors).
Stressful conversations, pressure-filled decisions, and emotional triggers are part of every workplace. But how you respond—rather than react—can shape your leadership, your team’s morale, and your store’s success.
Fear and anxiety often go unspoken in Tribal enterprises, but they affect everything from communication to decision-making. This session will help you better recognize and regulate emotional responses in yourself and others—giving you tools to stay grounded, responsive, and clear, even under stress.
Led by coach, trainer, and former IBM executive Sue Davis-Westmoreland, this course is designed for Tribal c-store professionals who want to lead with emotional clarity, resilience, and confidence.
