This year’s theme, Strength in Leadership: Building Better Supervisors and Store Managers, focuses on building the core competencies that drive strong teams, confident leaders, and profitable stores. Through hands-on workshops, real-world discussions, and peer-led panels, attendees will walk away with practical tools they can use immediately in their c-stores and fuel stations.
For Members, whether you’re developing new supervisors or leveling up long-time managers, this event provides focused, Tribal-specific leadership development you won’t find anywhere else.
