Bill Hanifin, CLMP™

Bill Hanifin has a 20+ year career in Customer Loyalty and Engagement and has worked with well-recognized brands including American Express, Circle K, Denny’s, Lucky Brands, Master Card, Maverik, McGraw Hill, Panera Bread, Redbox, 7-Eleven, Scotiabank, Shell, Visa, and many more.

Bill has led the progression of customer loyalty from its early days of points and miles programs to the modern enterprise approach to customer centricity which creates long-term value in customer groups and increases profitability and shareholder value for business.

Bill has worked with brands across multiple vertical markets and geographies and is passionate about understanding the driving forces of customer engagement and consumer purchase decision making. His financial background led to the development of a unique set of tools and financial models that help brands ensure they achieve positive ROI with their investment in customer marketing.

Bill is an accomplished speaker and trainer and has participated in numerous industry events around the world as a workshop facilitator and keynote speaker. Bill is a resident of South Florida, where he and his family have lived for many years. He is an avid outdoorsman and endurance athlete, having sparked some of his best ideas while on a long run, bike or open water swim.

Bob Iyall

CEO, Medicine Creek Enterprise Corporation / Port of Olympia Commissioner

Bob Iyall has been employed for the past decade by Medicine Creek Enterprise Corporation (MCEC) as Chief Executive Officer. MCEC is the Corporation that owns and manages Nisqually Markets for the Nisqually Indian Tribe. Bob has also served as the Port of Olympia Commissioner since 2021.

Bob was a Secretary of the TCSA Board for several years but did not run for reelection in 2018 due to the demanding schedule associated with being a CEO of a large organization. With the recent passing of TCSA Chairman Chris Richardson, the Board asked Bob if he would sit in for the remainder of his term. His admiration for Chris and allegiance to the TCSA organization made it an easy decision to accept.

Bob and his wife Rhonda have three beautiful daughters and five wonderful grandchildren. He enjoys outdoor activities like golf, running, and watching his grandson’s football games. Bob and Rhonda enjoy traveling to visit their grandchildren, who live on the Gulf Coast of Florida.

Jeff Bellerud

Chief Operations Officer, Northwest Seaport Alliance

Jeff Bellerud is the Chief Operating Officer at the Northwest Seaport Alliance. In this role, Jeff is responsible for overseeing marine operations including rail, road, terminals, breakbulk operations, and management of the waterway in the Port of Seattle and Tacoma.

With extensive strategic level experience in terminal operations and Class 1 railroads, Jeff’s career spans the West Coast from Los Angeles to Vancouver, British Columbia. Prior to joining the Seaport Alliance, Jeff served as Director of Intermodal & Port Operations at the Canadian National Railroad where he led port operations, including 14 marine terminals across seven port authorities in North America and led all aspects of operations for seven inland terminals in Western Canada.

Jude Clemente

Energy Price Risk Manager, World Kinect

Jude has been in the energy industry for over 15 years, with a focus on North American natural gas and power markets. Jude helps clients navigate market volatility and unpredictability by designing and managing custom risk management strategies. Jude specializes in gas and power fundamentals and looks at how energy policy is shaping up around North America to impact pricing. The integration of the global gas market is of particular interest and how that will increasingly affect North American energy markets.

More generally, Jude’s research, data analysis, presenting, and writing sits at the intersection of energy supply, energy demand, and energy pricing. Beyond gas and power, focal points include North American and international trends in liquid fuels, LNG, coal, renewables, and GHG reduction plans. His is graphic-based market intelligence for energy pricing in North America but also in Europe and Asia. Jude holds a B.A. in International Relations from Penn State University, with a minor in Statistical Analysis. He earned his M.S. in Homeland Security from San Diego State University, with a focus on Energy Security/Trading, and he has an MBA from St. Francis University, with a focus on Energy Economics.

Kyle Curtis

VP of Strategic Development, Cougar Den

Kyle Curtis is from White Swan, WA located on the Yakama Indian Reservation. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Finance and minor in American Indian Studies from the University of Washington. His academic achievements include studying abroad in China and completing a Harvard Business School Executive program on “Building Sustainable Communities in Indian Country.”

Kyle currently serves as Director of Strategic Development for Cougar Den, Inc. which is a 100% tribal member owned and a family business. Serving as the premier fuel distributor in Indian County, Cougar Den, provides tribal partners with quality petroleum products, exceptional services, and unique tribal expertise that allow tribal fueling stations to meet their full potential.

Kyle places a personal emphasis on service above self, giving back to his community, and was recently elected to serve Yakima County as County Commissioner.

Monica McCombs

Chief Supply Chain Officer, Harbor Foods Group

Profile+

Monica embarked on her professional journey after graduating from Valparaiso University with a degree in Accounting. Over the course of two decades, she carved a distinguished career path, initially spending 20 years at Safeway. During her tenure, Monica assumed various leadership roles in purchasing, marketing, and global sourcing, showcasing her versatility and expertise within a large public company setting. She was awarded Progressive Grocers' Top Women in Grocery 2013, 2014, and 2015.

Seeking a new challenge, Monica transitioned to Shamrock Foods, a family-owned food distribution company, where she contributed her skills and insights for four years. In September 2019, Monica felt the calling of the Pacific Northwest, leading her to an exceptional opportunity with Harbor Foods. Joining the company as their Chief Supply Chain Officer, Monica played a pivotal role in steering the organization following its acquisition of the Kent Division of FSA and helping form Harbor Foodservice.

In her current capacity, Monica is tasked with the crucial responsibility of establishing and enhancing an efficient and profitable supply chain for the Harbor Foods companies. This involved the creation of the Northlink Logistics subsidiary, demonstrating her strategic approach to supply chain management. Notably, Monica navigated the company through the unprecedented challenges posed by the global pandemic, showcasing resilience and adept crisis management skills.

As Chief Supply Chain Officer, Monica oversees various key functions, including contract compliance, rebate management, and purchasing. Most importantly her team is purchasing the products you want at the best price and it's available to be shipped at the time you are wanting it. Service level is our key metric.

In her free time she absolutely loves the PNW and anything that has to do with being outside with her two dogs, husband, and siblings.

Seth Maddox

Creative Director, King Retail Solutions

Graduating with a Bachelor of Product Design from Auburn University in 2014, Seth had over six years of graphic, industrial, environmental, and architectural design experience under his belt before joining KRS in early 2019. In his time with KRS, Seth has taken the lead on significant design projects such as Jacksons/Extra Mile, Good2Go, Village Tiki Bar, and The Hershey Company. Now as the Creative Director, he leads the design team and continues to look for ways to push our designs to new heights while serving our customers with fresh ideas for the ever-changing retail market.

Shaun Londahl

President, King Retail Solutions

With 18 years of total service at KRS, Shaun Londahl has served as the company's President for the past 14 years. His extensive experience encompasses diverse retail chains across various markets. Shaun possesses an in-depth understanding of the intricacies involved in brand creation and seamless execution within retail spaces, demonstrating proficiency from the initial discovery phase through to the grand opening.

Will Hersey

Director of Business Development, Electric Era Technologies, Inc.

Will leads business development for Electric Era, a highly reliable and cost effective EV fast charging station. At Electric Era, Will focuses on delivering economic and store-wide value via Electric Era's PowerNode EV Charging Stations. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont and a Masters of Business Administration from Boston University.
